PURPOSE:
Turkish is not a language that is read exactly as it is written. As with all languages of the world, Turkish also has standard rules for spoken language. When we look at successful managers today, we generally observe that they are self-assured individuals who convey what they want to say in short, concise sentences and are able to communicate at the right time and in the right place.The Purpose of Diction Training is to help managers develop the ability to speak fluently and clearly in accordance with the rules; to enable them to express themselves effectively; to help them control their nervousness when speaking in front of an audience; to ensure they can pronounce all sounds correctly and beautifully from a phonetic perspective; and to enable them to use their body language in harmony with their voice in a coherent and effective manner.
