In collaboration with UNIVERSITY (E-GOVERNMENT-APPROVED) and ISTANBUL NLP ACADEMY, we invite you to join the “MEDITATION COACHING TRAINING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM,” the importance of which continues to grow every day.
Meditation is derived from the Latin word *meditatio* and means “deep thought.” It is defined as the techniques and experiences of controlling and managing one’s mind that enable a person to achieve inner peace, tranquility, and various states of consciousness, and to connect with their true self.
Meditation has a history dating back thousands of years, and many meditative techniques originated in Eastern traditions. The term “meditation” refers to various practices that focus on the integration of mind and body and are used to calm the mind and enhance overall well-being. Some types of meditation involve sustaining mental focus on a specific sensation, such as the breath, a sound, a visual image, or a repeated phrase or word. Other forms of meditation include mindfulness practices, which involve maintaining attention or awareness in the present moment without judgment.
Programs that teach meditation or mindfulness can combine these practices with other activities. For example, mindfulness-based stress reduction is a program that teaches mindful meditation, but it also includes sessions and other strategies to help people apply the techniques they’ve learned to stressful experiences and situations.
Through the MEDITATION COACHING CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, you can support your clients in improving the quality of their personal and professional lives, help them achieve their goals, and guide them through the process of change and transformation they desire by helping them find balance in their work, family, and social lives.
The Meditation Coaching Certification Program is an international program approved by e-Government. The certification is valid worldwide.
Our founder, MCC-Certified Professional Coach Berna Türköver, discusses the coaching profession on TV shows.

MODULE 2
ADVANCED MEDITATION AND MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Through this program, you’ll become part of a global community of educators dedicated to making the world—and yourselves—a better place. With its supportive and inspiring nature, this program also opens the door to lifelong friendships and shared experiences with participants from all over the world.
Different types of meditation may include different elements to help you meditate. These can vary depending on whose guidance you follow or who teaches the class. Some of the most common elements of meditation include:
- Focused attention.Focusing your attentionis often one of the most important elements of meditation. Focusing your attention helps free your mind from the many distractions that cause stress and anxiety. You can focus your attention on things such as a specific object, an image, a mantra, or even your breath.
- Breathe comfortably. Thistechnique involves taking deep, steady breaths by using your diaphragm to expand your lungs. The goal is to slow down your breathing, take in more oxygen, and reduce the use of your shoulder, neck, and upper chest muscles while breathing so that you can breathe more efficiently.
- A quiet setting. If you’re juststarting out, it may be easier to meditate in a quiet place free from distractions like the TV, radio, or cell phone. As you gain more experience with meditation, you’ll be able to practice it anywhere—especially in high-stress situations where you’ll benefit most from it, such as in traffic, during a stressful business meeting, or while waiting in a long line at the grocery store.
- Meditation can provide you with a sense of calm, peace, and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and manage stress by focusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and maintain inner peace. And these benefits don’t end when your meditation session is over. Meditation can help you stay calmer throughout the day.
