Holistic Coaching® plays a significant role in helping individuals get their lives back on track through various techniques, by professionally assessing their diverse challenges and aspirations as part of a whole. In other words, it is a form of life coaching that enables individuals to redesign their lives according to their dreams by approaching their lives as a whole.

This approach encompasses work in various areas, such as helping the client redefine their life goals, recognize their vision and mission, improve their current financial situation, enhance their ability to make sound decisions, and reduce the stress they experience. Holistic Coaching is also one of the coaching approaches used when a person begins to lose enjoyment in the experiences they have accumulated in their current life and, following the emergence of negative patterns in various aspects of their life, seeks to restore balance in their life and cultivate a new level of awareness.

The Holistic Coaching Model is also designed to address long-term issues related to a person’s life. These issues take longer to resolve, are more critical to address, and require greater effort to take action. The Holistic Coaching® model does not suggest that short-term goals or issues should never be addressed. However, this model always considers short-term issues from a long-term perspective, because any short-term issue can have long-term consequences for a person. Therefore, it is essential to apply a long-term perspective to all issues, whether short-term or long-term.

DURATION: 20 HOURS

The service begins as soon as the registration form is completed. If you cancel 14 days before the program starts, 25% of the fee will be deducted as a penalty; if you cancel at any time after that but before the program begins, 50% of the fee will be deducted as a penalty. No refunds will be issued once the program has begun. If payment is made in installments, bank and tax deductions (such as those for credit cards, etc.) will be added to the cancellation fee.
