Our founder, MCC-Certified Professional Coach Berna Türköver, discusses the coaching profession on TV shows.
We view coaching as one of the most powerful tools for fostering understanding and collaboration among people around the world. Our vision and goal are to help further develop the coaching profession on a global scale by preparing our students to become trusted international professional coaches. We believe that ensuring quality assurance in the coaching services we provide to our clients is of the utmost importance. For this reason, we have placed particular emphasis on practical training that focuses on core competencies within an ethical framework.
When we hear the word “coach,” what comes to mind is someone who trains, develops, and motivates a team or athlete to become a champion on the field. While coaching is fundamentally about bringing out the best in people and helping them achieve their highest goals, it actually applies to any area or aspect of life. Celebrities such as John McCormack, Donna Karan, Oprah Winfrey, and Hugh Jackman are among those who have demonstrated the benefits of coaching. Coaching unlocks an individual’s potential through scientific processes that include productive, disciplined conversations and other learning-enhancing activities. The goal is to inspire a holistic transformation that encompasses both a person’s personal and professional life.

Core competencies are addressed at the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of how the coaching process works, along with the essential skills, powerful tools, and frameworks needed to both coach and support clients.
Participants learn and develop coaching skills with an additional emphasis on the use of nonverbal communication to enhance effective verbal communication and the application of core competencies. In this way, participants develop their intuitive skills while engaging in an interactive language experience designed to enhance their listening skills and coaching presence. Throughout the process, an interactive training model is implemented using visual and auditory communication techniques tailored to participants with different learning styles. Class sizes are limited, providing students with the opportunity to practice effective communication, ask questions, and apply their coaching skills in a safe and active learning environment. Participants can build connections with their instructors, classmates, and alumni. The instructors are Berna Türköver and Sibel Güneş Barut, both MCC-certified by the ICF (International Coach Federation). The program is conducted in person. Participants are admitted to the program through an interview process.
